She has decades of experience in business ownership, marketing, sales and negotiation. Licensed real estate broker with a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from Florida State University and a Certified Master Negotiation Expert. Beverly’s family moved to St. Cloud, located in central Florida in 1965. She traveled throughout Florida after graduating from Florida State University in Tallahassee.

In 1981 Beverly received her Florida real estate license with Realty World in Bartow, Florida. She moved to Fort Myers, Florida where she became a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, obtaining her GRI designation.

She moved to Cape Coral in 1993, Florida and worked as a buyer’s agent with the buyer brokerage, Omega Realty. Beverly completed the Accredited Buyer’s Representative course and began working with RE/MAX Realty in Fort Myers.

In 1997 Beverly moved to Naples, Florida. In 1998 she opened her own real estate buyer brokerage, HOWE…TO BUY REAL ESTATE, INC. Predicting the advent of buyer brokerage, she soon after opened Florida Buyer Broker.

Beverly’s home remained in Naples until 2020. Covid 19 made showing homes almost impossible. She began traveling again, researching Florida locations and properties to help future buyers.

She is friendly and loves to talk about real estate. She has a wealth of knowledge to share with real estate buyers to help them with their Florida relocation or property purchase in different Florida locations.
